Start with load and I/O schedules, supply and fault data, operating modes, interfaces, environment, destination requirements and acceptance scope.

Project workflow
Six controlled stages
Each stage produces a decision or document. Assembly should not start from an incomplete product list or an unapproved sketch.
Requirement capture
Application, loads, supply, environment, destination, standards, interfaces and commercial boundary are recorded in a design-basis checklist.
Selection & quotation
Major components, options, exclusions, lead-time basis and technical assumptions are identified before commercial confirmation.
Design approval
BOM, single line, schematics, panel layout and interface documents are issued for approval before assembly.
Assembly & internal QC
Material identification, mounting, wiring, torque, labels and workmanship are checked against the released drawings.
FAT & punch list
The agreed inspection and functional test plan is completed; deviations are recorded and closed before packing.
As-built & export
Final drawings, settings, reports and packing documents are compiled and the cabinet is prepared for the agreed shipping method.

What engineers check
The depth of calculation and verification is agreed per project. Missing source data is recorded as an assumption, not hidden inside the quotation.
Load and supply
Rated voltage, frequency, phases, earthing system, full-load current, diversity, inrush and future spare capacity.
Protection
Incoming and branch protection, motor protection, selectivity/coordination target and available short-circuit information.
Thermal
Device losses, ambient temperature, altitude, enclosure size, ventilation, filters, cooling and internal temperature limits.
EMC and wiring
Cable segregation, shield termination, protective bonding, drive cable length, reactor/filter needs and sensitive signal routing.
Control power
24 V load schedule, inrush, branch selectivity, redundancy, UPS bridge time and diagnostic integration.
Human interface
Door devices, HMI height, labels, language, alarm strategy, maintainability and safe access.
Network

Destination rules, machine category and customer specifications decide the final standard set. Referencing a standard does not itself constitute certification.

Honghao will not describe a panel as IEC-, UL- or other-standard compliant unless the agreed design, verification, manufacturing and documentation scope supports that claim. Certification by a notified or listed body is separate where required.
